Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) xjili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. xjili reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xjili login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. xjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
xjili is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
xjili reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that xjili deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
xjili supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). xjili does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. xjili reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. xjili may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but xjili aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. xjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. xjili may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by xjili are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

xjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress, except where xjili determines that fraud or abuse is involved.

10.2 xjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if xjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 xjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude xjili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent xjili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
